90 years ago, the beginnings of what we now know fondly of the Auburn Airport began with a humble airstrip in the Sierra foothills. Now a bustling aviation center, KAUN has not forgotten it's past, continuing to provide a local mecca for general aviation, and perhaps more importantly, connecting Auburn, California to the rest of the region, and the world.

You are invited to participate in the official 90th Birthday Celebration of the Auburn Airport, on Saturday, October 12, 2024 at 9:00am. We'll have airplanes (obviously!), vendors, food, events, and a variety of local booths from around the greater Auburn area.
